A Must-See!!

As I continue to fight my cancer, I try to use humor to get through the harder times. So I thought I would share some photos that bring a smile to my face. These photos are of my sister Brittany, from the Look Good, Feel Better Class we took this week at Avera. Our WONDERFUL teacher Del asked my sister to model some of the wigs. I think myself and the other women appreciated Brittany modeling these wigs!
Enjoy

  1. Isn't Dell a gem? She makes everything fabulous, and makes you so comfortable with the whole process. Also, the goodie bag with swag is kinda cool too, huh?!

  2. Danielle,
I have been following your story since the day before chemo. I have so much to share with you. I have been in a very similar situation and I know what worked for me and I know it can work for you.
Where to start? Four years ago I was diagnosed with breast cancer and had it removed. Last May the doctors took tests and they saw that it had spread to many organs, in fact they said the liver was starting to shut down. The doctors suggested to start chemo right away, but it would not heal me only buy me some time, they said 3-6 months (but they were thinking only a month). But I put all my trust in God! All the tumors are gone in the organs and everything else is leaving.God heals, believing in Gods word and relying on it works. My hair was falling out in clumps I was getting big bald spots, but I heard in the scriptures God says not a hair on your head shall perish. So I said that's it I don't have to lose any more hair and I didn't. I have pages of things like this, I would like to talk to you. By the way the bible says the battle is the Lords and He has already won it. I have been praying for you. May Gods peace be upon you. Krystle Kacner's Aunt Terry
